his villa, located in the heart of Maasdijk and just a stone’s throw from Hoek van Holland, features beautiful large rooms, spacious bedrooms and an enormous garden that was previously underused. Apart from three olive trees and a lawn, the garden was empty. The interior of the previous owner was colourful but lacked atmosphere; there were no cosy corners or good lighting. Everything was thoroughly transformed: the ceilings were lowered to create a strong lighting plan, a fireplace was added, the entire home was painted in neutral tones, and a warm, inviting atmosphere was introduced. In addition to supplying all furniture and coordinating the full renovation, GV Concepts also handled all built-in custom work, the garden design, and the installation of a professional hi-fi system including security in and around the property.
